"Morning sickness" is a bit of a misnomer. Pregnancy nausea can hit at any any time of the day. Some people experience nausea allll day. I was one if those people 🙋‍♀️ All day..every day..for the entire duration of both my pregnancies
The other day I had a patient come in who I hadn't seen in over 5 years. She commented on my green smoothie on my desk and said "wow, you're still drinking those!". I never really thought about it because it's such an ingrained habit now. B
There is a LOT of nutrition info floating around social media. Not all of it is good. Not all of it is backed by research. Be wary of new dietary "fixes" and influencers without credentials telling you to eliminate all the foods. Do you w
